On August 7, 2010 Marc Rines, Owner of City Music donated $2000, the proceeds from this FutureStars event, to the Leominster Music Boosters at the LHS Jazz Band Concert during StarBurst at Doyle Field.
The Fall FutureStars Showcase had a great bunch of performers that played to a full house at the Bull Run
Restaurant. Hudlin and Racine & Foley sold the most tickets and will have the opportunity to record their music at Up-Side-Sound Studios. And, Congratulations to Peter Griffin of Gardner - winner of the Luna Henna Guitar raffle. The event and raffle generated $850 dollars for the Gardner Music Boosters.
Thanks to the fearless Bedlam Productions for seamlessly producing nine acts!
Congratulations to all our FutureStars bands for packing the house at City Music’s FuturaStars Spring 2009 Festival. ‘Blind Can’t Follow’ (of Oakmont Regional) and ‘Sound Czech’(of FW Parker Charter and Ayer High) sold the most tickets for the event and will each receive recording time at Up-Side-Sound Studios.
