Shipping policy

City Music ships from our store at 31 Sack Blvd, Leominster, MA 01453. Most orders ship the same or next business day.

Rates and speed. Available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup. You can choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at our Leominster store during business hours: Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 12 to 4 PM.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us right away at 978-534-8989 and we'll work through the carrier claim with you.
