The Graph Tech PT-6010-00 is a pre-slotted replacement nut for Gibson-style electric guitars made before 2014 and similar instruments, about 1-3/4 inches long. It is made from Black TUSQ XL, a PTFE-impregnated man-made material that is self-lubricating to reduce string binding and improve tuning stability. It installs quickly thanks to the pre-cut slots. Graph Tech states the material has strong harmonic characteristics with clear lows and bell-like highs.
