The LP Aspire LPA165 are traditional-style claves made of white wood. Claves are a pair of solid sticks struck together to produce a sharp, cutting sound used to keep time in Latin music. One stick is cradled loosely in a cupped hand to act as a resonator while the other is used to strike it. This is the largest clave size in LP's Aspire line.
