Kala KA-20CE Burled Meranti Concert Ukulele with EQ

The KA-20CE is a concert-size acoustic-electric ukulele built from burled meranti, a soft and resonant wood with a speckled, flecked grain. It shares the KA-20 series construction of a meranti body and neck, Indonesian nandu fingerboard, satin finish, and Aquila Super Nylgut strings, and adds a side-mounted preamp with EQ for amplified use. The series is identified by its etched Polynesian-style shark-teeth rosette. It is a concert-scale instrument with 18 frets.
